These are some hugely popular childhood games that maybe you have played or at least heard of before. Some of these games are brought from other countries around the world, like for example bomb tag all the way in the cold nordics, or maybe playing with marbles, which is a major childhood classic from all around Asia. Maybe you find interest in these games and try it yourself, or play it with your kids, that is if you have any :)

1. Tag

2. Red Light, Green Light

You might already be familiar with this game from the popular Korean TV series on Netflix called “Squid Game.” However, for those who aren't acquainted with either the series or the game, here's an explanation. In Red Light, Green Light, someone stands between two points and shouts “Red Light” or “Green Light.” The other players must run towards the target when “Green Light” is called, but must freeze when “Red Light” is shouted. The goal is to be the first to reach the target without being caught moving during “Red Light.”
